� I want to say that you have really friendly team. I purchased key for my Sony Xperia, and since it was hard locked after contacting support they send me an Unlock SIM card with no additional cost since they could only say they are not responsible for my mistake (since I don't check and determine my locked status of Sony Xperia). � This worked! I'm happy. Good price, too. One thing: I had to put in a non-original SIM card to get the unlock menu to pop up on my Pantech Breeze III. The method involving the use of the original AT&T card + special characters did not work. Once I placed the SIM card I purchased here in Hong Kong into the phone, the unlock menu appeared and I entered the unlock code I purchased here, and it worked perfectly. �
