Rating: Product: Sony Ericsson Unlock Software �Hi, Just wanted to let you know that it worked the second time without a hitch. I didn't have a second computer so I had to retry using the Belkin adapter. I unplugged my zip drive, disabled my Bluetooth and removed Bluetooth dongle then rebooted. When I rebooted I made sure the belkin adapter was not connected to the computer, I did disable a program that uses com 7 when it is told to work. It is now working well..... strange because I did have active synch working and seeing everything and yet it was not accepting the copy and paste of the file, or even the file being dragged over earlier, yet suddenly, it accepted it and I have activated on the handheld and it now works and fully accepts all my sims from different countries. � I want to say that you have really friendly team. I purchased key for my Sony Xperia, and since it was hard locked after contacting support they send me an Unlock SIM card with no additional cost since they could only say they are not responsible for my mistake (since I don't check and determine my locked status of Sony Xperia). � This worked! I'm happy. Good price, too. One thing: I had to put in a non-original SIM card to get the unlock menu to pop up on my Pantech Breeze III. The method involving the use of the original AT&T card + special characters did not work. Once I placed the SIM card I purchased here in Hong Kong into the phone, the unlock menu appeared and I entered the unlock code I purchased here, and it worked perfectly. �
