“Hi, Just wanted to let you know that it worked the second time without a hitch. I didn't have a second computer so I had to retry using the Belkin adapter. I unplugged my zip drive, disabled my Bluetooth and removed Bluetooth dongle then rebooted. When I rebooted I made sure the belkin adapter was not connected to the computer, I did disable a program that uses com 7 when it is told to work. I gave it the cleanest shot it could have and it worked. Thanks very much for your support. Donald Robinson”
